Materials

Timbers are are either Hard Rock Maple (cream-white to light yellow)

or European Beech (pale pink-brown to pale red-brown).

Springs are made of galvanised steel wire, to overcome the problems often encountered with plain steel springs which can rust and snap and chrome-plated springs which can snap from hydrogen embrittlement.

Vinyls used of of the highest quality and:
- meet Australian Standards for use in commercial areas - AS1530.3
- are stain and abrasion resistant
- are resistant to bacteria, mould and mildew
- meet International Maritime Organisation fire retardancy standard A.652(16)
- pass cigarette burn resistance test - AS3744.1
- have a protective finish for easy maintenance (cleaned with chemically neutral soap and warm water)
- are UV-stabilised to prevent colours fading
- come with a two year guarantee against material defect
- are Australian made
