Reformer
The design of
this reformer has been refined with the input of the Australia’s leading
instructors. With a longer carriage, smooth quiet ride and broad range of
safety-based, easy-to-use adjustments, it’s now the new benchmark in
reformers.
These machines look like furniture pieces. Made of stable timbers in either
Hard Rock Maple or European Beech, they are elegant and highly functional.
All our reformer beds are padded with medium density foam for optimal
comfort and upholstered in marine grade vinyl, available in a range of
colours, for a durable and hygienic surface.
Where as chrome-plated springs snap from hydrogen embrittlement and plain steel
springs can rust and snap, our springs are made of galvanised steel wire.
Other reformers are joined
using construction methods such as dowels and screws, usually found in ordinary
chair-making. As with rocking on the back legs of a chair, these joins will
pull apart when subject to repetitive forces. Our reformer rails are joined
with a special metal fastener and glue so they can come apart only if
loosened manually. Superior mortice and tenon joints are used to attach the
legs to the rail at the bed corners as they are subject to great stress when
the jump board and pulleys are in use.
